A Client Centric Approach
At ESV, we like to think of our account managers as an extension of your digital marketing team. We have a minimum of 2 account managers dedicated to any account. These account managers can in turn rely on a pool of central resources comprised of:
• Vertical experts • Tracking specialists • Data analysts
Our standard approach is to have performance reports sent out
weekly followed by a call during which we review:
• The weekly performance
• What has been completed in the week
• The plan for the week ahead
Besides weekly calls, our team can also meet in person for
a more in-depth review based on client requirements.
In order to keep track of the various initiatives, to-dos, creative assets, we work using Basecamp, a project management software that ensures both client and agency work hand in hand in an overseeable manner.
